The conch is a shellfish that is plentiful in The Bahamas and South Florida. Conch fritters are one of my favorite fun foods. It’s a childhood memory. Once upon a time, I thought the only fritters people made were conch fritters. But after having been introduced to TV chefs like Martha Stewart and other cooking shows, and several food blogs on sites like Bloglovin, I now know there are all kinds of fritters. Sweet and savory. Meat or seafood and vegetarian.
Whether sweet or savory, meat or vegetarian, all fritters are irresistible fun food! Don’t you agree?
