Green tea – A Cup Above The Rest!

Considered to be one of the healthiest beverages, green tea is regarded to be a “super drink”. Loaded with antioxidants and nutrients, green tea in India has been used as a medicine since ancient times.

With almost no side-effects of drinking green tea, benefits of drinking green tea are far too many to be ignored and we should all be drinking more of this “super”, “anti-aging” beverage, which is supposed to promote longevity.
