Beans are great food! It has a lot of protein, and a little bit of fat and sodium.
Ingredients:
- Beans 500 gr,
- 2 pieces of onion,
- salt,
- pepper,
- dried vegetables,
- a little dry bacon,
- a little red pepper,
- 2 tablespoons of flour,
- 1.5 dcl of oil,
- sausages.
Preparation:
The beans are cooked. Do not cast water.
The onion is cut, and fried.
Add the bacon in the onion, and fry a little more.
Add flour and red pepper. Fry a little more.
Put the mixture over the beans. Add the spices..salt, pepper, dried vegetables.
Add water from beans. Make sure it is not too much. All slowly mix and put in the baking dish. Bake for about 1 hour until water is drained. Add the sausages at the end of the baking. When the sausages are over, remove the bowl and serve the dish.

This is our national dish ..it’s very tasty.In addition, beans are very healthy to eat.We prepare it at least 1 to 2 times a week.
In Bulgaria we say: “Oven beans”. This is a very tasty meal.

Use sausages as desired.These are pork sausage.
