Getting on with it.

This has been a hard week for me food wise. I have eaten more than my required amount of food. I am wondering what is the trigger for that to be happening. The good thing is in all these days I have been able to get on my fitness machine to row a while. Today was only a little over 15 mins. I know I could not manage more so I simply got off of the machine.

I am working my way up to getting more time in. I still see calories lost regardless of the time I spent on the machine. I just want to get stronger so these rowing sessions will continue. Tonight I decided to add to my fun and having chocolate chip cookies. I have not had them in a long time. My snack all this week were apples but I had one too many carbs. I can see the changes. I hope you are having a sweet treat too. I won’t feel so bad if you do.
