Today, I decided to check out a Fiesta event at South Coast Plaza. Monark was doing chef demos on the BBQs, where they created a whole Mexican fiesta dishes. I sampled different vegetarian dishes, and I became full fast. I hung out there, from 12:30 pm until 2 pm, browsing, sampling, and chatting. I think this event is for Cinco de Mayo, which is May 5th, and there will likely be a lot of picnics this weekend.
I will add a couple of snapshots in this post…
But I think I will just put most of it into a video…
Just some food ideas if you want to create your own Mexican Fiesta…such as tacos…
rice and beans…dip and chips…

grilled veggies and fruits…

I took some snapshot at a photo booth…my blue skirt looked messed up in the front because it has a lot of gathering to one side, which made it look too puffy in the middle while I was posing…it looks like I was boarding the Monark cruiseline to Mexico…
All the food looks very delicious. Love chips and salsa.
