Enjoy Salad bar

Green fresh vegetable are very benefical for our health.I take salad bar picture in  a wedding ceremony. I enjoyed salad a lot.  I wanna share this pic and and salad benefits with you.I use vegetables and fruit in my daily menu,like cucumber, mint,coriander etc.green colour give us a cool feeling.Weight concious  people should use salad their diet plane. Salad have low calories and a natural source of fiber. Green leafy  and raw veggies are superb source of natural fiber.Fiber  intake help with weight loss  and healthy weight  maintenance.
