Corn flour as a health food:

lowers high blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, against hard digestion,  and hemorrhoids, prevents the development of colon cancer, has antioxidant activity,  and prevents the development of many diseases, including cardiovascular,  and diabetes. Strengthens the immune system, encourages weight loss. You can use diet dietary bread from corn flour or even better, polenta.

It’s good for skin care. Corn flour is a good substitute, and a healthier kind of flour that we can use for some foods we are going to prepare. Rice flour is okay, but this is more natural. I tried this one a number of times, and it’s also tasty.

Every mum usually asks what is good for a baby, when it slowly switches to food. Corn flour for babies is an excellent food, because it is full of nutritious and useful nutrients, and in addition, it does not contain gluten, so it is ideal food for feeding the baby. You can prepare different corn meal corn for your baby, with the addition of vegetables, bananas and other useful foods.
