For Monsanto to justify the reason why they genetically modify seeds, higher-ups from the agricultural corporation use the excuse of sustainability. Due to less resources being available for agriculture due to an annual increase in population worldwide, Monsanto creates genetically modified products for farmers so that the crop yield is larger than normal.
Basically, Monsanto is saying that they are preventing a worldwide famine with their products. However, the root cause of famine within a country is due to moronic dictators. For example, people in North Korea do not have enough to eat because Kim Jong Un is their leader. The way Monsanto views the solution to the issue of famine is to provide the world with their genetically modified products so that the entire world is mutated.
Go organic is the only solution we can rectify this problem for ourselves, families and conscientious people in our communities.
Yes, that is a viable option, but some are unwilling to pay the extra price.
I’m aware of the Monsanto practices. I do hope that the good leaders of USA would do something about it to stop Monsanto.
I don’t know if they will. Monsanto has been around for 100 years.
