Raffaellos are some of my favorite desserts, and I often make different variations at home. I like to experiment by adding different ingredients. Alongside with the different tastes, another advantage of the homemade ones is that they are a little bit healthier than the store-bought Raffaello truffles.
Here are five different variations, some are very simple, others have fruit or chocolate flavor.
Neither of the recipes requires cooking, and they are also suitable for a vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free or paleo diet. You can always add or remove ingredients to make them perfect for your liking.
