These four vegan recipes in this video look good. They are recipes I want to try out in the future. So, I decided to post it here for anyone else who would like to try them out, as well.
I think I have made similar recipes to these, but not exactly the same.
I made a vegetarian version of breakfast dish, which involves kefir milk, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, chia seeds, and sunflower seed butter. I didn’t add dark chocolate in mine. But I think I ate a piece of dark chocolate afterwards.
I have made similar salad dishes, with avocado, tofu, spinach or kale, and other veggies and fruits, as well as some hummus and olive oil. I also sometimes use probiotic kefir cheese.
