Dum Olav or Dum Aloo 

One of the most famous Kashmiri dishes, Dum Olav or Dum Aloo is prepared with potatoes which are cooked with yogurt and spices for a unique flavor and aroma.

Modur Pulav 

This is sweetened rice which is prepared using rice, saffron, cinnamon, milk, ghee, sugar and dry fruits. Saffron adds a beautiful color and taste to the dish.

Lyodur Tschaman

 Pure vegetarians will love this dish which is basically cottage cheese cooked in a creamy gravy. It is a common dish which is cooked in the Kashmiri households.
