I wanted to dress differently today due to it being Independence Day! And it being a hot Independence Day not to mention, so I figured that whatever I put together it not only had to consist of shorts, but also had to consist of our American flag colors red, white, and blue! Luckily, I just purchased this V-neck t-shirt (Vertical Sport) yesterday from Ross Dress for Less, so it was laying around, but as for the distressed cutoff denim shorts (American Eagle Outfitters) I have had them for a while now, which were a thrift store purchase. Before pulling them out, I contemplated a pair of navy blue shorts, but felt that the distressed cutoff denim shorts give off much more of an American vibe, so it was the cutoff denim shorts I chose. As for the aviators, I added them to give it a much more stylish look. However, with that being said feel free to check out my most recent share to “What to wear” and be on the lookout for future posts like this. I love trying a different array of styles with items typically that I purchase at local thrift stores.
