Transitioning to October 2017 with 11 October Ideas

I just received the October 2017 issue of California Style Magazine, which has basically the same autumn fashions that I blogged about last month, but I will select 11 specific pieces and ideas for an easy transition into the month of October. Let’s look at the month of October and what it actually represents: warm-toned and colorful autumn leaves, Halloween events and masquerade parties, orange and brown colors, and lots of pumpkins, squash, and haystacks. October has a countryside and rustic ambiance as well as cool weather, in which many people will start drinking warm apple cider, hot cacao, and pumpkin spice latte.

2. Create your own personal space, whether an art studio, your bedroom, and/or your office space.

3. Boho life involves independent artist, small home, furniture is comprised of cushions, blankets and pillows, and decorate your homes with earthy items, such as crystals, metals, and wood. Enjoy drinking green juice and eating raw vegan meals.

4. Babouches—Moroccan slippers. I have 2, in which my mother bought from Morocco.

5. Driving Shoes—which looks like loafers

6. Relax in your comfiest room and read a book about your favorite fashion icon, dead or alive.

7. Artsy accessories include shoes, purses, and scarves with colorful graphic prints or colorful paint splashes.

8. Popular jewelry have a linked chain design, whether gold, silver, pewter, copper, or a mixture of different metals. Whether dainty or chunky chains, they make perfect statement pieces as a bracelet, necklace, earrings, belt, and/or pin.

9. Smokey eyeshadow as well as neutral blush and lipstick colors in peach, apricot, or heather. Hair is often sleeked back, away from your face to show off your strong eyes, soft lips, and natural blush.

10. Monochromatic blue outfits and home décor items in indigo, sky blue, cobalt, and other soft shades of blues.

11. Bold colors of pinks, peaches, pistachio green, emerald green for jewelery, tote bags, boots, fake fur, headbands, water bottle, crystal quartz, pantsuit, capes, houndstooth, sneakers, and makeup. Desert colors tend to be golden hues and bright colors with different textures, which make up an interesting layered outfit for October cool weather.
