Monday, June 25, 2018

I browse through the June 2018 issue of C Magazine to check out that latest summer fashions. According to this magazine issue, summer fashions are all about intentionally wearing mismatched clothes that clash. Popular colors for summer appears to be blue shades, rose shades, white, gold, and silver. For this fashion post, I decided to just list out some interesting ideas from the California lifestyle magazine.

  • Nature Girl style includes nature-based lifestyle. Perfume tends to have scents of citrus, smoke, jasmine, and organic jojoba oil base. Preferred shoes tend to be flat mules with crystal quartz embellishments and a conductive metal sole. Meals tend to be vegetarian or vegan based on Ashram cookbook recipes. The latest meditation form includes walking through a labyrinth path maze garden. It is all about remaining alert, energetic, and attuned to one’s surroundings.
  • Beach Girl style is all about hanging out at the beach, surfing, eating at cafes, and meditating with a cup of espresso. This person is likely to live in a small coastal cottage, with maybe redwood cedar barrel sauna, and maybe a little jacuzzi in the backyard. With the speaker on, relax in your jacuzzi and listen to your favorite music or read a good book. Consider trying “Hello,” a fluoride-free whitening toothpaste with activated charcoal, mint, and coconut oil.

  • Wear clothes with a graphic message. I often wear clothes with animal rights and animal adoption message.
  • Long dresses in dark, bold, and large floral design.

  • Western outfits include cowboy-style clothes and accessories with fringe, cowboy hat, denim, and pleather. Add some native American detailing because native Indians are a part of the western style and culture.
  • Ornate clothing with needlepoint tapestry outfits.

  • Creative Flair look includes a long sundress with asymmetrical shoulder, logo belt, red triangle-style bra bikini, round and large white rim sunglasses, ballerina flats, and Multiwheel 70 suitcase carrier. You are always on the go, traveling to such excursions as Santa Barbara, CA.
  • Marine Layers look tends to be inspired from a combination of nautical and traditional fashions. A trench coat is worn over blue pants and print blue shirt. Add a small plaid purse and loafers. Ray-Ban sunglasses, denim cutout short dress, anchor earrings, and triangle-shaped duffle bag. Also add a plaid or hounds tooth newsboy cap.
