I am inspired to dress as Maleficent for cosplay or Halloween, after I saw Angelina Jolie play this mysterious character, and doing a great job at it! Seeing Michael Strahan pull off Maleficent at the 2015 Critics’ Choice Movie Awards gave me that extra boost to do it. I would like to tweak this costume in ways that relates more for a guy, yet keeping similar appeal. One thing that I plan to add to this costume that Michael Strahan did not add was the crow that sat on Maleficent’s staff. Here (2-4) are editions that I found which I am contemplating on purchasing. Tell me what you think?

That definitely sounds like a good idea. In fact, I have already identified a helmet on Ebay that is a reasonable price.
