Since I am single, I didn’t have a romantic Valentine’s Day. So, I decided to go walking around in the mall. The weather was nice around noon. At 3 pm, I returned home and got ready for the evening walking meetup at 6 pm. When I returned home at 8 pm, I noticed I walked a lot today, more than usual. According to my iPhone, I walked 8.1 miles and 18,608 steps as well as 1 floor. I had walked 2 miles inside the mall, as well as around the mall, which was around over 6000 steps. So, I had walked more afterwards, which includes 5 miles at the walking meetups and I also walked in my neighborhood, around the block, at 4 pm, for 15 minutes. I had a good outdoor walking workout today. I didn’t feel it that I had walked 8.1 miles, probably because it was all flat area.
Good for you I need to get out and walk more.
i need to do more yoga. i used to do more yoga before.
I was actually in a better situation back in my old house in Latvia. There I walked up and down two flights of stairs numerous times every day. Now it is just walking through some rooms.
8.1 is amazing – I didn’t crack 8 yesterday.
Sometimes you don’t feel how much you walk when it’s nice and fun. Wonderful weekend.
that is why i go on walks with local walking group. just hang out and chat together with different people, and it goes by fast.
If i am walking on the gym treadmill, I am usually watching tv.
That is awesome! And moreso that it didn’t feel like you walked that far!
i am trying to improve my poor circulation issue because I sit too much at the computer. i need to do more yoga.
