2. I think you need more sites which pay you faster. I am on virily for long time and not active but I have no complaints or regrets. However I suggest you to join sites like hiveoffers.org/ which pay you $5 upfront while joining and pay you through various payment methods when you reach payment threshold of $10. The site is neat and fair.
