Saturday night, I decided to watch Spiderman and Spiderman 2 on the indie channel. They were on, one after the other. So, I watched both from 8 pm until midnight.
I noticed a lot of action, and Spiderman seems to be an acrobat. It is interesting how he moves via spider web threads, similar to Tarzan in a city jungle, amongst highrise buildings instead of trees and vines. Spiderman is like a modern Tarzan in NYC. He does his acrobats, swinging from spider webs, which helps him fly through the city. He moves like Cirque de Soleil performer. I think the movies were originally in 3D, when they were in the theater. There is light romance as well as light comedy, but I noticed more comedy in Spiderman 2.
It started Tobey McGuire, Kirsten Dunst, James Franco, as well as Willem DaFoe, Albert Molina, JK Simmons, and other actors. It looks like a family movie, mostly for kids.
