Seasons of My Heart

With so many crazy things going on in the world, I chose this wonderful song of appreciation for life “Season of My Heart” by Johnny Cash. This song was written by George Jones and Daniel Edward. It was recorded by Johnny Cash in 1960 and it became a hit with the public. The song has been recorded by other artists too but somehow I just could not see it as a recording for The Grateful Dead.

  1. that is one of his best I agree. It is hard to imagine another singer using/taking the iconic songs of iconic performers.

Elton John’s classic candle in the wind, sung by anyone else different.
the same for JC’s – he has several iconic songs that are just his.
