Ghostwriter
This particular song was very fitting for this day. Gossip was flying around our little town like wild fire. It is the first warm day and everyone was out and about. I sat quietly in the backseat of the vehicle and no one even knew I was there. It was way more information than I needed to hear.
I finally leaned forward and said, “Hey guys, they could chat all day, but I have to get home and get some laundry done. You’ll have to fill them in later.” There were some pretty red faces and we all waved and drove away.
Thankfully, I don’t remember one name they actually said and that is awesome.
