A dynamite lady with a great voice Linda Ronstadt is an American singer and musician. She has many fans and has done a lot in both the country and pop music field. Ronstadt has won 11 Grammy Awards, 2 Country Music Awards, an Emmy Award, and an ALMA Award. She also has lots of certified Gold, platinum and multiplatinum albums.
Lind Ronstadt has recorded more than 120 albums and sold over 100 million records all over the globe. She is among the world’s best-selling artists of all time. Some of her first successes were “You’re No Good’, “Blue Bayou” and a duet with Aaron Neville “Don’t Know Much”. Through her long career finally in 2011 Ronstadt told the world that she was retiring.
Then in 2013, it was officially announced that she had Parkinson’s disease and could no longer sing. That same year her autobiography came out “Simple Dreams: A Musical Memoir” which got on The New York Times Best Seller List and she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014.
