This video is a demo for making your own jewelry. I think it is interesting, but I don’t think I want to use ashes. I probably would used crushed stones or crystals.

Ashes in Rings demo

–empty ring bezzle

–silicone mold

–UV hard resin

–place ashes or anything else to decorate your ring.

–E600 glue

–nail file

–top coat gel polish

–round piece to place the dried mold piece (must be the same size of the ring bezzle)

Michaels, Joanns, and wholesale stores in the downtown garment district area will probably have these items.

Yeah, I agree about the Food Pyramid, although I thought it was interesting to check out. It often changes every year, and now there is a Vegan Food Pyramid. But it is really hard to follow. I would rather just eat what I feel it right for me and my needs.

Sugar is a drug, like caffeine, alcohol, cannabis, and medications.

It isn’t necessary to eat three meals a day. Two meals per day are usually sufficient for most people, such as morning and afternoon. Maybe add a healthy small snack in the middle between breakfast/brunch and afternoon meal.

Raw Diet include veggies, fruit, and herb tea as well as matcha green tea. I remember reading somewhere about Karl Lagerfeld’s diet, which involved steamed veggies and fruits. 

Apple cider vinegar is good for detox, as well as drinking a lot of water.

Coconut oil clogs sink.

Oil-pulling pulls out toxins from teeth.
