David Carradine is the perfect example of being the poem. The way moved told a story. His eyes shared his thoughts. He was a father, and a son, an actor. a friend, a teacher and an example (both of good and bad). In fact I would have to say it wasn’t just a poem. It was a ballad. I don’t know why I am drawn to this quote, but I am. Perhaps it is simply because I will never be the poet.
Do you have others that you can see as the poem instead of the poet?
I would say personally people like Johnny Carson, are the examples of being the poem!

Hmm… not sure how to be a poet or poem…
But yeah, can’t be one, be the other :p
It must have to come from within and I am not real good with that !
