I was thinking about going to a movie for my birthday, but I couldn’t find anything interesting. Saturday night, while chatting on the internet, someone mentioned Tarantino’s latest film, Once Upon A Time in Hollywood. I remember someone mentioned this film to me, a couple of months ago, when Luke Perry had died. I forgot what that person said, but it was something that got my attention.
So, I am considering going to this movie. I decided to watch some movie trailers to get an idea what is about. It sounds kind of interesting, in a quirky way. There are many familiar actors in this movie, including the children of some celebrities. These actors play some late celebrities from the 1969 in Hollywood and their issues or lifestyle. There appears to be a lot of ghosts from 1969 in this movie.
It is interesting that when it premiered at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival, it got a six-minute standing ovation.
It is noted that all of Tarantino’s films are somehow related, which I agree, although I haven’t seen all of his films because the movies I have seen seem to have a similar theme or style.
