Hope for the Prodigal
Bringing the Lost, Wandering, and Rebellious Home
by Jim Putman with Bill Putman

Baker Books

Christian

Pub Date 01 Aug 2017

I am reviewing a copy of Hope For the Prodigal by Baker Books and Netgalley:

The sad reality is that eighty to ninety percent of kids who have grown up in the church are leaving the church after eighteen, often lost to a culture that tells them the Bible isn’t true, and a media that often conveys the Bible as bigoted

The authors remind us that we are all Prodigals, but we are not hopeless.  But we are also reminded the importance of a church being founded on Christ, a Bible believing church.

Hope For the Prodigal is a book I would recommend for anyone who has dealt with kids or loved one’s going astray.  Pointing out ways that will help the loved one’s show their family member the right path.

I give Hope For the Prodigal five out of five stars.

Happy Reading!
