This video has interesting scenes from Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and clips from Charles Manson interviews. He is obviously manipulative, but he is also obviously under MK-Ultra mind control, trained by the CIA to be an assassin.

I remember Aileen Wuornos, the lesbian/prostitute serial killer said the same thing. The system made her the way she was. But she was eventually executed in prison.
