I thought I’d try my writing hand at short fictional stories here. If it really turns out well, I would do something more with this. I’m starting with 11 Decades and I really want to finish before 2020, because that would mean 12 Decades. Each one of the short stories with fictional characters are going to be true for that decade. This is not only going to be fun, but a learning tool to how society has changed as well.
Their will be relationships and you will see my character’s world through there eyes. And what they had to deal with. It will be interesting to see the changes. Especially that I have connections to the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s. I run a group on facebook called, America in the 40s.
Combined with my life and my experiences, I’m very interested in getting this going to see where this is going to take me. There is more truth to fiction then nonfiction. I will close each one of the stories with what decade they were in. I invite you to share your thoughts on this.

Go for it Susan! I think that is an awesome idea for a series of books. Consider a series for approximately 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th graders. That age really likes the book series.
