Sometimes you don’t realise everyone wishes you would go away and never come back.
They give you the ‘hi/bye’ they don’t ignore you, they might just seem a bit cold or indifferent.
The only time you realise you are the Scram happens when you miss meetings and no one asks you why you weren’t there.
You would assume that having gone to most meetings for the past five years that your absence would be noticed.
You would expect someone to ring you up to find out what happened to you.
No one does.
Yes I have been there myself. In stead of firing the entire staff the new company management just started doing exactly that, ignoring the management of the previous company owners.
