Many times we do not come forward to volunteer or to help someone thinking what difference it will make. Every little act of kindness counts! As a responsible member of the society, it’s our duty to do whatever we can for our society – to make it better. We are quick to complain and criticize but seldom do we take any steps to make the things better. It’s our society and our country. The responsibility of making it a better place lies on us.
Do whatever we can in whatever capacity you can. Don’t think whether your acts of kindness or charity are big or small. Every bit counts! Donate your money, your time, your skills- whatever you think is appropriate. An hour a week to volunteer for your society is not something which you cannot afford to do. Stop making excuses and make a difference!
Thanks for sharing the helpful post. Volunteering is something that is appreciated and liked by all but many of the people do not get the platform to experience. Many of the people do a volunteer ship for a good cause. One of the main reason to go on a humanitarian mission is to make a difference in someone’s life. We all should come together and join mission humanitaire Afrique ( http://www.mission-humanitaire-afrique.org ) to make a difference in others life.
What do you think of the unwritten rule that good gests should not be publicly spoken?
Everybody should do it … but, unfortunately … the reality is different … there are few such people.
Yeah…and that’s why we need to start with ourself first.
