When at the Heinz History Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania make sure you see the section on history of the Heinz Company. Here they have extremely early glass and wood containers for pickles, vinegar, and ketchup. Some of the bottles even have cork stoppers and most still have their original labels.
