“There is no substitute for sincerity.”

Buying, bribing or obtaining the feigned affection or attention of a girl is a recipe for disaster, a tableau which over the centuries have still not dawned on a great many of us. A faint heart never won fair maiden.”, should more aptly have read, a “feigned” heart.

It’s all about the rules of engagement. Learn and hone this skill and there is not a girl worth having who will not be won over these ancient acts of chivalry.

At the very heart of this skill lies an unfeigned and profound sense of respect for others.

In medieval times, this code of conduct was referred to as chivalry. Such was its importance that wars were fought in its honor. Both during and outside of battle, knights held it in the highest regard. Chivalry was founded upon the ideals of loyalty, honor and courage and honor.

Today, many years later, the term is now used to describe this behavior as common courtesy. You ought to be particularly chivalrous while dating.  While some of the old rules have to be updated for our times, We should still be courteous or chivalrous towards others, even when we have modernized chivalry in our own way.

Here are a few points to brush up on:

* Offer your seat to someone else. …

* Pay attention when someone speaks. …

* Open and hold doors. …

* Keep all of the promises and oaths that you make. …

* Keep chivalry and gender separate. …

* Help people with their coats. …

* Consider the other person’s thoughts and opinions. …

Being courteous or nice includes being respectful and chivalrous, it is not a gender thing. Basically, a kind person honors the women and men in his or her life, treats everyone with respect and does acts of kindness wherever possible.

Hello, I’m Andre’ Hartslief, Tranquilpen© 2008 “I finally discovered, that man’s whole purpose, is not to do the right things in life or to be good, to be successful or famous. Our entire purpose in life is to express divinity unto everyone and everything. How we do that, is by transforming ourselves completely, from an old state of existence to a new state and if we start removing those limitations piece by piece, It is only, then, that the Creator of heaven and earth, (God), the one who gave us all life, will begin to express himself, unbridled through us.
