On March 18, 1976, Comrade Nicolae Ceausescu, Secretary General of the Roman Communist Party, received the delegation of the World Peace Council led at that time by Romesh Chandra Secretary General of the Council.
In the same week, on March 19, 1976, Tulio Oscar Sugasti received the extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Argentina and Jean – Firmin N’Gondet the ambassador of the Republic of Gabon!
On March 22, in the same year 1976, he receives Sayed Abbas Chedid, the director of the United Nations Information Center, in connection with the conclusion of his mission in Romania!
