Located in the southern part of India, Auroville has been designated as an experimental eco-city.

This year, in February, 50 years of existence of this city-state were marked. Although it sounds really strange to the modern world, this city has no economy. This means that money is not a means of payment.

In addition, money is not in circulation, it’s important to note that there are no written laws, there are no “people in positions” who will determine the rules. The population is here the law.

An inevitable factor is also the religion, which is not present here. The very idea of this city is a free man, eco-production of different goods, creation of a new and different world.
