Today was beautiful weather again so I decided to go after two weeks of bed rest for the first time for a walk. I have no heat, but I’m pretty “frail” so I think that this walk made me just fine. I walked to the neighboring village. The path leads between fields and meadows. The view of our beautiful mountain and its surroundings was wonderful. My well-being after the walk was wonderful, fresh air really benefit.
