Joey’s wife, Dina was more conniving than expected.
She somehow talked Joey into buying House 5 from Miranda for slightly more than 1/2 its value.
Colin was going to argue when he heard of the offer, but then, his ‘spies’ in Florida told him how Dina controlled Joey. How she had filled his life with her friends and her family.
Colin didn’t need subtitles. He knew exactly what was going to happen. He knew that this purchase was behind Keith’s back so would destroy the relationship between the brothers.
Dina would get her name on the Title and somehow get it sold and get her portion, kicking Joey to the pavement.
This would result in both Keith and Joey losing House 5.
And that loss pleased Colin.
