The decline in I.Q.,  explosion of diabetes and other non-communicable diseases plus epidemics of already cured diseases, coupled with an unhealthy diet, should chop the life span of those grand children of the Baby Boomers to pre-World War II levels.

Where those who lived through the Cold War were raised to be strong and healthy, the end of the Cold War has seen an upsurge of the weak and unhealthy.  These persons should, after working from 20 to 65, obtain benefits for less than ten  years.  

Many should die before retirement, leaving sums to be ‘reallocated.’
