The next phase in  this process of  ‘dumbing down’ was to end ‘streaming’.   This permits  the slowest brain in the class to control the progress of a lesson.

The result in boredom in the brighter children, who become disinterested.   They can be slapped with one of those many invented ‘maladies’ and drugged.

Where parents can afford to move their children to schools which demand excellence, where the minds of children are challenged, and their intellectual ability nourished, the child is not afraid of being intelligent.

It is necessary to limit the intellect of the average citizen because those who can think can not be easily led and deceived.

The goal is the ‘average child’ with an I.Q. below 100, which was, in the 60s, ‘average’.
