The ocean? #57 in the 365 Photos Challenge

The pacific ocean lies under that fog bank, or what we refer to as the marine layer, here in Southern California.

This is about a mile or two from the water, and is still partially sunny where I stand. As you get closer to the beach it gets darker and more foggy. Sometimes it looks like a London Fog..

Anyway this is my day number fifty seven!

If you would like to join in and challenge yourself to a photo a day feel free to join in, no nomination or invitation required as you can see from the original post here at rules and guidelines.

Have a great day!

    • I like it, those days when the marine layer is really thick is so awesome. 5 miles inland it can be as sunny as ever..Then drive west and it gets dark, and foggy.
