He was evil, there was no other word for it.

He’d gotten his son, who had no qualifications or education, to draft a document. She hadn’t known about the case until she found it on her desk.
When she saw the errors and tried to inform her boss, he barked at her, insulted her, took the file from her, sent her back to her desk.
