As we lead our lives we come across a variety of people. If you notice carefully your interactions with a majority of them (as high as 95%) are for exposures ranging from a few minutes to a few hours. You call all such exposures your social lives. These exposures are usually shallow and are limited to a hello or to provision of a mere service or attending an event. You are like a honey bee flitting from one flower to another doing just a bit for honey production. Then where are your deep relations that impact your life; make you go sad or happy or any degree of their  mix?These relations mostly have to do with your survival-livelihood source,extra sources of livelihood and your efforts in making your pad and cushion. These mostly trace back to money or its equivalent. Here competition raises its ugly head. Frictions,jealousies come along. Rat race commences and never ends. 8  hours of workplace is a silent arena where you combat this and gather maximum bad blood. If you do not then you have a pad and cushion about which you are satisfied. LOL just see this snippet of such rat race interactions:

To give rise to their jealousies he was the person to benefit maximum from such rules.They have to pay him that even now as per rules. LOL as he demands it in writing they call him ‘terrorist’ at job place because all those who prevented him from getting it ,thus far,risk getting fired from jobs for dereliction in making payments of due emoluments. The entire lot at risk tracks him,hounds him,watch his moves against them and denigrates him all over and to cover their act they malign him as a terrorist and call themselves his well wishers- and under that garb of well wishing him they grab and loot further benefits away from him-a vicious rat race.” It is like a thief glaring back at you shouting “catch me if you can-while stealing more!”

Like someone SLAPPING a victim across his face again & again and then screaming to the victim,” How dare ,you are trying to protect and save your face.”
