Sky Sunday

We were lucky enough to get a cool double rainbow a few days ago.

I was just getting home from work, and was able to take a few shots of it.

Here they are!

The first rainbow was so bright, I almost didn't notice the second one.

I turned the camera on end and put it on landscape mode. I think this is the first rainbow I have seen with the orange setting sun colors in it.

Between two trees. You couldnt see the other rainbow in this one, but I thought it was a cool angle.

Thank you Albert, that sky color was amazing. I was trying to get home to get to my camera by the time the sky lost it’s color, and then the rainbow happened. I ran in, through the house, grabbed the camera and ran out back. I was so glad to have gotten so many of them before it got to dark to see. That was one of the neatest rainbows I have ever seen. So thank you again. 🙂

Ah yes, then it worked!! Thank you Doc, and the second week is so much easier. Whew, I think I have done it. I feel like what a heroin addict must feel like at times.

Did you see the ones my daughter in law got on Facebook? Those pictures were of the same rainbow, 10 miles away. Amazing.
