Here on the island of Doctor Moreau I have witnessed many strange creations. Animals transformed by the mad doctor. I have done my best to document as many of the unholy creations as I could in hopes that I might escape this place and warn the world about his creations. For ‘Saturdays Critters’ I am revealing one of these creatures. I only hope he can be stopped before he goes too far.
“The Island of Doctor Moreau” is a novel by H. G. Wells published in 1896. There have been multiple movies by the same title based on this book.
Wow! Is that animal for real ? or made up. Very clever…
Thanks. I’m not sure I should be encouraged in this. But, oh yes, there’s lots more. That CRISPR stuff may lead to disaster and I will be there with my camera!
Waiting on the antlers. This is incredible Howard.
It won’t be too long. I’ve got more of these … like a squirrel with a bird’s head. I have the bunny and I have antlers so it won’t be long. 🙂
Yes, every much like a jackalope I would say!
I was stuck combining the animals that come to my yard. It’s all I have but I loved the myth of the Jackalopes when I was a kid. I have an old postcard of one. I did a bunch of these. I do have rabbits here but haven’t made the final rabbit with deer antlers. It’s on the way. Cheers.
