Former Congress Congress leader Sajjan Kumar, who was awarded life imprisonment in a case related to the anti-Sikh riots, may surrender to the court on December 31st because the Delhi High Court has rejected his request for extension of the deadline.
Sajjan Kumar’s lawyer Anil Kumar Sharma said that there is no possibility of hearing before December 31 during the winter holiday on appeal filed in the apex court against the High Court verdict.
