The apex court ,the highest demiurge of India ,on Monday did illuminate that in any qualifying exam there is absolutely not necessary of inclusion of resevation. The issue of reservation applying for any category will only come forward at the time of admission.
During the hearing of a petition which was filled for 10 percent of reservation for the sake of EWS-(Economically Weaker Section) in the CTET-(Central Teacher Eligibility Test), the bench comprised of justice Indira Banarjee and Sanjeev Khanna put forward their explanation in regard to no use of reservation in qualifying test.

As CTET is just a qualifying exam for which the test of reservation will only be applied at the time of admission.
The claim of petitioners tried to justify that they are belong to EWS Category and were appearing the CTET exam of 2015 but in the concerned advertisement ,reservation for EWS was not mentioned.They also tried to justify that it is the violation of their fundamental right.

The bench of the Supreme Court of India also earlier had completely rejected the petition which was filled for reservation to SC/ST(Shedule Cast & Shedule Tribe) in te qualifying examination.
The said CTET examination is going to be held on July 7 of 2019.
