Ben was estranged from his parents for what one would need a psychiatrist to unravel. Dora was aware of this before she even stepped into his line of vision.
Having done her research, she knew how to play him. Dora behaved so nice and sweet and had such a loving family Ben was enticed to join.
Dora’s first victory was at the wedding when he didn’t invite his father. He did invite his mother, but treated her coldly.
The second victory was after having her mother stay with them on numerous occasions and be treated as a queen, Ben invited his mother.
Dora made sure Ben’s mother was uncomfortable so would never want to return.
Ben did not object to any of Dora’s actions.
This proved he’d sell his mother for spare parts if Dora told him to.
