The women considered what they were hearing.  

Dee was married and had two children; she was also an Attorney at Law.

Lisa had been married twice, currently divorced, and a senior member of a Human Rights organisation. She had no children.

Cindy was married and she and her husband ran a business, and had decided not to have children.

Greta had lived with the same man for thirty years in a somewhat open relationship, and had one grown child.

Pam had married at eighteen, had a child, divorced, and the child lived with her mother.   She’d had a number of live in relationships and was currently single.
