Recently I heard about a journal called “52 Lists for Happiness” where you can create different lists with things that make you happy. Thay can be related to activities you love doing, songs that make you happy, places you want to visit, things that motivate you or make you feel grateful. In fact, there are many similar journals.
Writing such a list and reading it in moments when you feel down is very beneficial, in my opinion. I thought that we could make a challenge where we create a different list every week. What do you think? Would you like to join?
I think that it would be interesting to see each other’s lists. You can write the full list by hand and keep it for yourself. I know that some things can be private, so just share the things you feel comfortable sharing.
Let’s start with something easy: list your favorite quotes or thought that help you go through a rough time.
I’m adding a second theme in case you don’t like the other one. You are welcome to make both lists, too. The second theme is: Things I can do to improve my life and be happier.
