Lunch at the historic race track in Black and White for the Color Crazy Challenge

I was at work a few days ago and stopped by the French Bakery next door, grabbed a snack and drove around the corner to eat lunch.

I found out a bit of information on this piece of land, which is in Hemet California. It was called the Hemet Stock Farm.

History:  P. F. Wittier built the stock farm and racetrack around 1899. The racetrack was a half a mile.

It has long ago been abandoned, but what a great view it was.. Here are the photographs I took in color and in black and white.

Hope you enjoy and have a great day!
