It is a tradition at the Infanti’s house to have a nice light meal with a crisp white wine on Saturday afternoons.
This past Saturday we had a nice, cool summer meal. Tuna and Boiled Eggs Salad with Continental Rolls on the side. It looked picture perfect, almost too pretty to eat so I just couldn’t resist.

White wine sounds perfect to go with almost any type of salad.
Oh yes. Nice and crisp for a crispy salad.

It was delicious. And so simple to make, tuna, lettuce, croutons, boiled eggs, cherry tomatos, cucumber and olives with a red wine vinegar and olive oil as dressing.
