When we show up with our hearts in hand, we expect to, in turn, be handed their hearts and in return for their reciprocity, we are willing to trade yesterdays, today’s, and tomorrows.
When we are fully present in the moment it allows real love to connect us and build a healthy relationship through us. Whether you are someone’s partner or their friend, you have that title because you had invested your life in them and in turn, they will invest their life in you as well.
Sometimes a nudge is needed to steer us in the right direction…

Love comes in many forms and I am thankful for that.
